This sounds like what a horse I sold to a lady in TN had, they put her down, in this case it affected her eyes, as the first treatment didn’t work and the current owner didn’t want a blind horse. Their vet said since the hurricanes that have come through in the past few years they are seeing lots of very weird stuff…Tracee
